Participants are expected to demonstrate the correct application of main features of MS Outlook and complete tasks

independently. After completion, they should prove their skills by passing the certification exam MO-400. This training covers features of MS Outlook that are necessary for managing application settings, creating and

managing messages, appointments, meetings, contact records, and tasks as you would in a typical business

environment.
